We do all the time. The best was £1700 from a supermarket when the car wash malfunctioned and traumatised us and we said we’d call the daily mail. We also got a years free gas and electric on a new build because there was no post code |

I always as a kid thought it said chips for free. Probably because of microwaves and microchips just coming out at the same time the song hit the charts. |

Won tickets to see U2 at Wembley in a text- in TV competition. They announced my name on the TV, but I hadn’t watched it. My mum phoned up to say I’d won |

Yes. I used to enter competitions and won so much stuff. I think the best was a weekend trip to London in a very fancy hotel. I think all together I must have won around £15,000 worth of stuff, flat screen TV, a few of the latest phones, vouchers for stores like Tesco, Aldi etc.
I have no luck with it these days but I don't have the patience to enter anymore. |
