Weird day...left my current job which was a bit emotional because I've been there for years. On the plus side I did stuff my face with Krispy Kreme donuts thought that my best work buddy brought in for me x |

try boiling some water and let it chill in the fridge, then put bathe your eyes with cotton wool.
try ringing nhs direct just to be on the safe side. and feel better soon x |
