And I am so over today.
Sad, anxiety at its peak and just generally feeling deflated and defeated.
I'm either going to curl up and hibernate or sort myself out and drag myself out for a walk...I'm not sure which yet.
Tell me something good?

My morning is all pluses , even if they don't excite you 
Woke after 7! that's a two hour lie in for me......
Dressed, breakfast and then a good long walk.
I have research to do so I put on the P.C. and .........

Sorry to hear your feeling like that OP, I think dragging yourself out for some fresh air might do you the world of good, if not least you tried and can curl up in a ball when you get home. Tomorrow is a new day

Lu my advice is to get outside and have fresh air, even though the thought of it can be off-putting now I promise it will help take away some of the negative feelings for a period of time.
I hope you feel more like yourself soon.

Yes. Sometimes earlier. I get up when I wake up so it's no problem and I wake with the sun usually .....
I asked about pampas grass cos I read that you don't have a hot tub and i'm considering whether you are a 'real' swinger or not......

Got up early, shower, hot tub, breakfast...then home to change into work clothes. Drove to Cheltenham and sat around for most of the day so far. Undicided if I head home or back to Malvern for more of the same when I finish at around 4pm.....decisions, decisions.... |

My mood has lifted a little, pain levels are a tad worse but that's normal...
I'm going to have a walk to Tesco shortly and then I am flicking over to full chill mode and doing a relax!
