So after working 50 hours this week and able to have 5 days off from work I decided that I will get in the bath and I will have a couple of budweisers and do a new video some people have now messaged me saying that drinking at 8 in the morning now makes me an alcoholic I don't know how they work that out so a simple question is am I allowed to drink at 8 in the morning |

Back in my student days I did some night shifts to pay rent (and beers ). I'd get home at 7 am and crack open a can of Guinness.
8am is your evening chill out. Go for it |

If you've been working nights and want to crack open a tot to celebrate the start of your your days off go for it.
But in general, if you're drinking at 9am then yes, I'd think there was a problem. |

Unless you continually worked nights then 9am wouldn be like 7pm... |

Years ago pubs were open 5am for niteworkers on markets ,after my niteshift in a factory l used to meet up with friends just coming out of niteclubs and breakfast bars ,stay drinking til mid afternoon |

I drink 6 nights a week and probably d*unk 4 nights a week.
Yes I like a drink but it never gets in the way of my work.
It relaxes me, makes me feel good and yes I look forward to it during the day.
I have no desire to stop drinking.

Drink whenever you like. I knew a guy who worked nights and would go to wetherspoins for a breakfast and a pint after his shift. No different to someone working days going out after work. |
