Cause I’m not blowing my own trumpet, I couldn’t if I tried, but when the groove takes over, I’m there just feeling it, right on it like Charlotte Brònte’s bonnet. Like when you feel at one with it, you the groove and all you gotta do is move. Shake them hips.

Bucket loads, it comes naturally! Can get totally lost in a good beat, hips writhing, ass shaking, body consumed by the heady sounds in my ears, I absolutely love to dance x

Wait, you mean in your own mind, or reality? In my own mind when the beat kicks in I'm like Sam and Dave combined... the reality is probably more Chas and Dave

If there's music, I'm dancing. If there's a beat in my mind, I'm also dancing.

I close my eyes and get lost in the rhythm... Yeah, it's in my soul.

K has good rhythm too. We're often found dancing together in the kitchen these days.

I dance for hours each day. I honestly do. I put my music on and get lost in it. Do I look like a tube man flapping around in the wind? Yes, most certainly. But I do have rhythm.

The tube men have the best moves, could watch them guys for hours, in fact I do, very often I can be found doing a conga with the gang, then the Harlem shake. ( pre- covid) obviously.

Alas I have less than none which is why the only dancing of sorts that I’ve ever done is in the mosh pit!!!

I dance everyday. It's like an air. Can't imagine not twirling through whatever life has thrown. it's nutritious for the soul.

No rhythm here, but it doesn’t stop me. Adore dancing, it’s freeing
