I never wear it during video calls either, they can usually only see me from my shoulders up anyway, I don't even wear make up anymore even though I would never go to the office without it 
This is just for team meetings though, if I had a video call with a clients things would be different.

What I was trying to say is that I would wear make up and bra for a video call with client...I don't think that would be really interesting

Tried to get one on on Saturday and couldn't reach behind me to get it done up."
I always fasten mine on my front and then slide it to the back. It's so much easier that way.
