As the hay-fever starts up I get horrible pressure type headaches that just won't shift. I take antihistamines and have been for a few weeks and pain killers don't help much.

Any tips?

Get an injection from your Dr for the hayfever or stronger medication.

I swear by keeping a couple of teaspoons in the fridge to put over my eyes.

It always eases the headache enough to function again. Plus it has the bonus of soothing itchy eyes

I tend to get tension headaches and migraines. I've found self massage videos on YouTube, and doing them provides a lot of relief.

If my allergies are playing up, nasal irrigation can also provide some relief, although it's pretty unpleasant

I brought a steam inhalation cup from a certain large online retailer beginning with an A.

You add menthol crystals and hot water and put the mask thats attached over your nose.

It really works and clears sinus area

I do intend to mention it at my next appointment but in the current circumstances I don't feel it enough to go to the Dr with.

Try getting a phone appointment instead of going. Less time taken for them but if it's making you suffer you should mention it x

Normally I'd say talk to a pharmacist, but you might want to avoid that too.

Phone appointments with are easier at the moment. Or last I checked
