Beyond the shadows. |
"Bit random but
It’s been on about a million times in the past year, I’ve seen it countless times, and yet I’m sat watching it again
"
It's my favourite in the series and I think it's the best one.

Somewhere off the edge of the map... 'ere there be monsters |
Ah, yes. Such a classic. One of the best action flicks ever made, in my opinion. And definitely still holds up today.
Aliens is another one of the greatest, too. Cameron was really on a roll back then.
Both franchises should have ended with the first sequel. Oh well! |

It is a cracking film, the behind the scenes clips circulating on YouTube are great. |

Damn missed it which ending did they show though, the one where it finishes just after the iconic thumbs up or the alternate one with Sarah Connor in the future?
"Cant decide if Genisys or Dark fate is the worst one "
Personally I'd say in the worst order Dark fate and Genisys followed by rise of the machines!!!
I know they thought rebooting it would be good, but you can't beat the original two movies... They could have used the SM Stirling series of books (infiltrator, rising stork, future war) which explores a few years after the second film but towards the end of the second book, it's John Connor that brings skynet to sentience by mistake!
(One of my all time dav series of films/books/comics) |

You know you live a film when you have it on dvd yet still watch it when it's on TV.. Back to the future, top gun, iron Eagle spring to mind (although I can't ever remember iron Eagle being on TV) |

Funny isn't it.
What once was a film idea is now becoming reality.
Look what Boston dynamics have been doing for years with atlas robot.
It's only a matter of time before they are on street corners identifying criminals and armed.
Human beings build things to control and kill others. |

I have never been into the sequel. I thought the whole liquid metal thing was nonsensical. I thought the original was a great film. He was all mechanical and it made sense to me, but not the sequel. |

"It's a great film, but it always annoyed me how John Connor is supposed to be 9/10 years old
No way??"
Yeah. When the T1000 looks him up in the car it gives his DOB as 1985. The film is then set in 1995, two years before Judgment Day (Arnie says in the film to Sarah that Dyson creates the microprocessor in 1996, the year before Skynet becomes self aware) |
