The Hobbit - They escape from the pale orc flying on eagles, but for some reason don’t stay on the damn birds until their destination!

Can you think of a film where something just doesn’t make sense

Indiana Jones is completely superfluous to the plot. Remove his character, you still get the same ending.

Yes, I know this was covered off in an episode of The Big Bang Theory.

The final camera zoom showing Jack Nicholson in the old sepia photograph in the Shining. So is his charachter a repeating ghost taking the same human form? Fantastic film, but I've read up on it, even kubrik was tight lipped shedding any clarity on the closing scene. Anyone?
