I think it's delicious but haven't had it for years - I don't tend to frequent the type of restaurant which might have it on the menu very often! In a similar vein I really like carpaccio too.

I saw raw pork mince on toast in Belgium years ago, they called it Kannibal toast!

And yes it was inedible.
