I've decided to go crazy and have pancakes for dinner, and it's not even pancake day.
Thinking half lemon and sugar, the others cherry compote I've just made and some fresh cream, and dark chocolate shavings.
Would you like some pancakes, and what's your favourite type?
If I can find myself a barista boy, he can take charge of your drinks order.

Love em ! Probably more savoury than sweet, feta or ricotta, black pepper, bit of avocado.
I know its a cheat but you can buy decent ready made ones which also freeze really well. Worth it for a lazy day. |

I do love a good savory one, I've never found any decent ready made ones, but love the idea of freezing them. They were a right faff to make tonight! |
