The mentality, the discipline, the dedication you need to do that is just sexy. Like she wanted something and went for it. I used to be a PT and a nutritionalist and so many struggle with this, it’s no easy feat. |

I think she's beautiful either way. I personally found her more attractive when she was a little bigger but that's just my own personal taste.
She should be however she feels best
