Bore da, Good morning dear Friends Fabbers and Forumites.
Hurrah for days off. Yes the weather its a tad soggy here ans misty but still perfect for a bike ride , wet lycra ha ha oh my.
So lets hear some positive vives today , vibes ha ha look at me jolly well down with the kids .
Its time to jolly well give yourself some splendid self love
So chums i am asking you to say somthing spiffingly jolly splendid about yourself .

Good morning fellow fabbers. Lovely day here, hope you all enjoy it and my positive is I like myself. Can't say I love myself here as I would be spanked with an ego stick  but I do give myself some loving occasionally  |

I am complex, but kind and care far more about others, which I am not sure is a good thing. OK, try again, I am thoughtful. There we go, I'll go with that.

I've managed to lose a few pounds and I'm feeling much better today. I'm hoping, despite everything, to be back in my bikini by summer and looking less tubby |
