I was watching some daytime telly and someone bought/sold some old posters. That got me wondering why posters stopped becoming a thing.
I used to enjoy going through the racks in Athena or Woolworths, HMV, Our Price etc.
My first proper posters were WWF wrestling ones followed by Baywatch. Then I had movie posters and Eminem when I got to university. I even had the cat with 'shit happens' poster. Everyone already had the Che Guevara one. |

Possibly because teens bedrooms weren't full of tech giving 24/7 access to social media, iPhones etc
So posters were there for a bit of escapism.
What about the centre pages of magazines that were designed the be removed and put on the walk with classic blue tac |
