Today I had a crap day. Lost my patience, the will, the motivation, you name it, it just went out the window and cleared off. Instead I was full of extremely fucked off shitty woe is me self destruct mode.

Anyone else or was it just me? .... Please don't let be the only one.

I won't whinge about what set me off but ffs life is bloody stressful sometimes.

Post something motivational or tell me to grow a pair or something.... Witty answers wanted mostly. Smiles and laughter needed.

Sometimes it's good to have it like that. It focuses you into a better direction.

Don't dwell on it, smash it out of the park and wait for the next one.

Remember pain is your friend.

Head up!!!!

We can’t control emotions, they are normal. We can accept it and get it out our system and manage it

Bless you, I hope you feel stronger and more positive soon. I've had times when I've felt like this. But things will improve. Just find the good things you've acheived or that have happened, no matter how small and focus on them rather than the negative things.

No, I meant chocolate, far superior to cake

Isolation sucks, lockdown is bad enough, but being confined to a room for 2 weeks is enough to make anyone crazy.

Try not to worry too much about the symptoms because the more you worry about what you don't have, the quicker you may look for something that's not there. You've survived for almost a year in this environment, you can last 2 weeks

You're allowed bad days, give yourself permission to feel shite today, but promise yourself to try and wake up tomorrow in a better place. Repeat until you feel better x

Some things in life are bad

They can really make you mad

Other things just make you swear and curse

When you're chewing on life's gristle

Don't grumble, give a whistle

And this'll help things turn out for the best

And.....

On a mooch

You have to fight through some bad days in life in order to earn the best days in life.

So let it out scream, shout, write, get it out of your mind, sleep and awake tomorrow smiling and ready to face head on positively whatever comes, knowing better days are around the corner x

Groundhog Day and cabin fever make for quite a potent combination. Remember that all this is temporary and the world will start to open up a bit in the not-so-distant future. I've felt more 'emotionally vulnerable' than ever in the last few weeks and its because I'm working from home, doing the same thing, day-in day-out.

Keep looking forward. There was one of those gross cheesy quotes that I saw the other day but it's actually quite appropriate: 'life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass; it's learning to dance in the rain'.

Just to throw another cliche out there, what doesn't kill us makes us stronger!

East London

My day started off well. Felt happy, not too much pain, wasn't craving sugar.

Everything went to shit a couple of hours ago, for no apparent reason.

Ate everything chocolate I could find. Tried to find something to watch on Netflix.

Became tearful about an hour ago and opened the Lucozade. Body pain slowly getting worse and I feel extremely irritable.

But.

I'm still alive.

I have a nice warm bed upstairs.

My bills are paid.

I have food.

I have medication.

Tomorrow will be a better day.
