I imagine it the southern bears might be out earlier as you are north
Last bear we saw was raiding bird feeders in the smokies think it was a year last November

We have a ring camera it alerts you if someone at the door. 3 am there was a big bruin about 400lbs. |

Was in the news a couple years ago about a seagull swooping and grabbing a chihuahua from a garden |

They moved in and then freaked out about the wildlife. You do not leave a small dog out by itself. The eagle had Mexican food for dinner. |
