Yep, absolutely. First lockdown lots of running, walking biking etc came out really healthy. This time though I’ve put half a stone on. Seriously need to shift it as I just feel uncomfortable. I’m planning to go for a run once I’ve finish this bag of crisps

Not necessarily put on weight but the muscle has definitely turned in to something slightly more pudding-like. I'm just eager for the gyms to open up again

Not panicking. Went in fat , coming out same amount of fat. There's a few weight loss support threads if you are really panicking about it, although I'm not sure what there is to panic about.

I have actually lost a bit of weight.

Not much, 2 or 3 kilos.

My secret ?

A pal of mine's wife was very attractive, and a nightclub singer,

She wasn't really fussy what she ate,

BUT, after her evening meal at 7 pm or so, she NEVER ate till breakfast.

It worked for her, and it still works for me.

I lost weight.

I was fat before.

I will be fat after.

I don't think surviving a pandemic a little heavier than you were before it is the worst outcome tbh.

I'm definitely the fattest I've ever been. Although I'm ngl I prefer not being as skinny. Now to just get in the gym and make it muscle instead of losing the weight.

I lost nearly a stone in the first lockdown, plenty of running and cycling, possibly too much though as I picked up an annoying knee injury which has severely hindered my running ability. That combined with a tenancy to indulge on snacks far too easily and still working from home so no walk to and from work, has meant that I've put it all back on again, plus a bit more......

Have I put on weight? Yes

Would I like to lose that weight? Yes

Am I panicking about it? No.

In the greater scheme of things my weight is not my main concern right now. We have all been through a traumatic experience and that will have taken it's toll on everyone in different ways. We need to be kind to ourselves, and give ourselves time to heal and adjust, not pile on additional pressure.

I lost weight at the beginning of lock down and maintained it, until a holiday in December and then Christmas happened. So put nearly a stone on

I plan to shoehorn myself into my best club gear and get out and strut my stuff!

After what we have all been through over the past year I don’t care if a few extra pounds puts people off, I just want a dance and some likeminded company.

In a ball gown because that's how we roll in N. Devon

I started fat. I lost a bit, have probably put it back on.

But there are worse things to have happened during a pandemic than putting on weight.

So no panic here.

I have not put weight on. At first i lost quite a bit through the stresses at work. Doing 12hr shifts and 60hrs a week nightshift takes its toll. Wish i could stay at home sometimes and eat cake.

I've never eaten better or walked as much as I have this year (get mega down if I don't get 2 x 45 mins walking in at least per day). Also, suspect I've probably put on weight. Not sure if I give a f or not!
