You never really know if the fresh avocado is going to be ok, so frozen is a good back up. I’ve used the Iceland pack when I fancy mozzarella, tomato and avocado sandwich. |

Store cut avocado in water for up to 3 days in the fridge with zero browning!
Just chuck the leftover half in a tub with water and it won't brown at all

I'm thinking I won't buy it then because I only really eat it either diced or with a spoon straight from the skin |

Have never use shop brought frozen avo but when we had a restaurant we froze and re used avo all the time and was fine as long as it defrosted naturally.
