I am most definitely the owner of a Dadbod. I am proud of who I am but are there others put there like me? And what about those who appreciate them? Fab the bods... message if you really like... but be nice  |

Nope, it's just true! Men are awesome, or not awesome, but it depends on the man. Not the body he comes wrapped in.
Not gonna lie, Chris Hemsworth could be a proper arsehole and I'd still fantasise about him. But in real life it's different. |

While easy to say, everyone should be comfy in their own skin. If you aren’t happy then you need to look into why.
So while I had body confidence issues growing up - what fat kid doesn't get bullied? - now I am happy being me. As long as my physicality doesn’t affect my ability to love life, then its all good. |

Mr KC is nearly 35 and doesn't change at all, no matter what he eats. His Dad is nearly 60 and is exactly the same slim build. Genetics has a huge part to play. |

Former professional sportsman so like all former sportsmen, we pile on the weight and have gone from the sportsbod to the dadbod. I’ve always been comfortable in myself but I’d much prefer the sporty look once again haha |
