So I've been a bit poorly recently and ended up getting ambulance out over the weekend (HUGE THANKYOU to the amazing paramedics and their generosity with the gas and air on the 50 minute journey to the hossie). Of course when I got home I posted on Facebook, as one does nowadays and had loads of comments from my friends along the lines of "If you need anything just shout out".......

So how come, soon as I mention that I could do with a bit of help inserting my painkilling suppositories the silence is deafening and the tumble can almost be seen blowing across my timeline????

Try inserting them where they should go rather than your ears?
