Needing motivation for spinning....anyone else using peloton?

What’s your recommended classes or favourite instructor?

Tatooine

No, but if it helps I've just finished core training and warmed down some Hatha yoga twists.

Showering is the best way to warm down!

Same!

I like the music. Advert seems to be on every break.

Ah, as hard work as you want to make it though.....make it easy with nice eye candy on the screen.

Plus you get to sweat and strip off after, win win

If I'm sweating my arse off I don't want some eye candy staring back at me.

Do you find it more fun than just a normal bike?

Ha, well unless it’s a live class the viewing is only one way so little clothing is required!

The motivation is there with the work rate stats compared to other gym spinning bikes; but nothing beats getting out and about on a normal bike (if you’re referring to that).

One of my friends trains on a Peleton cycle and loves it!

Peleton classes and equipment are expensive so if you don’t think you’d be committed to use it everyday I wouldn’t waste the money

Made no money since they started up & will soon be a thing of the past like so many knobby show off pieces of tech gone before them.

I made the investment during lockdown and absolutely love my Peloton.

As it’s been said in the feed, they aren’t cheap and you need to commit or you will regret it.

As for making no money, the company seems to be going from strength to strength
