So I gave up alcohol years ago but still smoke...what bad habits have you or have you given them up......???

My bad habit is that I am messy, what ever project I do I make a mess and have to clean it up, some timely some not

I live in organised chaos and I have a bad habit of starting projects that never get finished (that did change a bit during lockdown 1.0)

I gave up drinking fizzy drinks a few years ago and added/high sugar things

Swearing, really bad when I left the Army and ended up in work places that have a very macho attitude around the job. Also part of the bikers, football and boxing scene so every other word out of my mouth, would be a swear word. Trying to be hyper masculine to even up my other side.

Now I very rarely swear and never around my kids, so it’s not totally gone away but it is controlled now
