Forget the comics you hate,

Who are your favourites?

Who tickles your ribs?

Who leaves you gasping for air?

Who are your favourites, current and of all time?

I was lucky enough to see Milton Jones last year. An old friend who knows him arranged for me to go backstage afterwards and meet the great man.

Tom Allen, Alan Carr, used to be partial to a bit of Jasper Carrot and Dave Allen.

I think Michael McIntyre is funny when he’s not doing stand up. Just casual anecdotes and stuff.

I am watching a lot of zoom gigs during this lockdown. There are gigs worldwide that can be viewed 24/7

You must have seen the ads with people having meetings on their laptops. Think of that with your face in the audience

Lee Mack is the master of the witty reply

Billy Connolly for sure. Shame he’s not doing so great...

Geordie comic Gavin Webster does great one-liners, Lancs comic Dan Nightingale is hilarious and does podcasts. Both should be better known.

Saw Eddie Izzard and Doug Stanhope live a few years ago and was sadly disappointed by both.

I didn’t like Lee Mack at first and then I realised his humour was exactly the same as mine.

The first time I saw Tom Allen’s meat van routine, I was crying till I struggled to breathe. Funny as fuck.

"Does anyone remember Jethro?"

Saw him live at the Bridport Palace. He’s retired now.

We were stood outside talking when he pulled up , parked next to the kurb and got out.

Came over and started chatting away, asked what we were doing and said we were just about to go in. He asked if we had bought tickets , we said yes. He just laughed and said ‘Fuck! I wouldn’t pay to come and watch this shit’.

Jim Jeffries, the man that made it acceptable to use the word Cunt while performing
