When does fantasy become cheating? A question of degrees and your definition of cheating. Better to consider when does sexual fantasy become a problem.
When you are thinking of the other party in other contexts beyond the sex (fantasising about having kids with George Clooney and the house you will live in)
When you prejudice the fantasy over the real people in your life (Sorry kids George wants me to watch Oceans 11 again)
When disruptions to the fantasy cause problems IRL (George Clooney marries and the dog instinctively hides)
When you decide to change your partner to be more like your fantasy (you buy a Nespresso maker and force him to drink from tiny cups)
When you make changes IRL to bring that fantasy person closer to you (I think we should move to Hollywood - my restraining order said I had to be 100m away)
...Hopefully most fabbers not quite there yet. Another lockdown and who knows.  |
