... or not!

I've just been reading an article about a 19 year old who chose all the winning numbers in last weeks Euromillions

However, her direct debit hadn't been gone through because of insufficient funds in her account so, effectively, she hadn't played

The jackpot was £182 million

I feel sick for her!

How do you get pass that? 2 quid or whatever it is for 182 million. I'd be crying in a corner for a decade.

"How do you get pass that? 2 quid or whatever it is for 182 million. I'd be crying in a corner for a decade."

The way the article read, she was kinda 'chilled' about it, it was her boyfriend that was distraught

By his own admission 'by the time we found out, I'd already spent it in my head'

You can't knock him though, he wouldn't be on his own in doing that

Money isn’t everything as my granny would say you won’t miss what you haven’t had but yes what a kick in the bollocks to be so close but so far from a life changing amount of cash

London

We used to have a holiday club where I used to work. We'd save a little each month and our treasurer would pay the money in.

She always played the receipt number for her lottery. This week the numbers were something like 1 2 3 4 5 6 and she decided no way, so changed them.

The winning numbers were...?!!

I think she was still talking about that on her death bed!

Worse was the girl using sisters ID to get in to bingo with family,

won 100k.

They asked what she would spend it on, and replied in microphone "18th birthday next month, so biggest party ever".... win became invalid.

Doh
