I am in running leggings and trainers almost daily for my runs. I tend not to wear them as leisure wear unless I am going for an active day or camping etc.

Not sure where about’s in Cumbria you are but I’m sure there will be a running club or park run on a Saturday close by.
I recommend taking up running there will be loads. I’d just recommend you don’t perv too much the first time  |
