Their reviews are terrible! Mind you, the stuff that's offered by trusted companies is awful, the same stuff churned out every year with no style, it's no wonder folk take a chance on something different. |

I get caught every time with the pictures of the perfect dress only to be crushingly disappointed. Even Amazon Prime sells the dodgy stuff. |

From what Ive read, what's advertised and the actual product you receive are worlds apart.
They shouldn't be allowed to get away with it really, but I guess thats the internet for you

I think it's all hit + miss in honesty...
Although i just got loads of stuff from Roman, which is not one of my usual choices! but my eye was caught by a cute top everything I ordered was really good quality, and fitted really well... And at an amazing sale price. It also came the next morning |

They have high street shops. We have one in my town and a couple in adjacent towns (or did before lockdown). I have some lovely dresses from there. |
