I make that noise. That’s a sign you’re getting old.

Maybe because with age you wise up and learn to accept things quicker? Like the pain. You learnt what you can change and what you cannot.

Once I was over 30 I sound like a glow stick snapping when I wake up. Disappointed I do not glow.
