Think of the fresh air, rap up warm and get a coffee and get out of the house it will do you good and you don't have to do it today if the weather isn't in your favour it could be any Day any time soon |

The thinking behind it, is catch up with a friend, socialise for mental and physical health reasons after being separated for so long. Not really meet a random stranger looking for sex reasons. Technically speaking, I would guess you are not breaking the rules meeting one person outside. |

The first line of my post says that I go everyday.
I run everyday.

It's one person from another household, but they didn't actually specify the reasons on gov website. I just checked.
I agree with the sentiment though, but I guess distanced social might fit criteria for some of being good for their mental health, and since walking outdoors, for your physical one too? |
