I have a 4yr old granddaughter she went back today. She was so excited to see her friends. I only did the homeschooling few times but hats of to parents who have been doing it. I just kinda hobble round on my old lady sticks, crunching and creaking with every movement and swearing under my breath. Daughters first tests tomorrow - both very nervous - I blame the YouTube vid (an old one) of a girl having the testing stick inserted and it looking like they were going into her brain ... I’ve told them it’s not so bad and nothing as horrific as that! ... but their friends are all freaked out too thinking the stick is like a javelin

It was alright. Great in many ways and annoying with some every day challenges. How was yours?
A mixed day. My builder has finally come up with a date to get my home adapted to meet medical needs.
GP surgery meeting has revealed they've lost my medical file of over 20 years notes. Have they said sorry? Not a chance! Now pissed off!
Good on the house adaptations but definitely not good on the medical file!
Surely it’s all on a database nowadays??
A lot of it is still maintained on the old Paper Notes file as some parts of the NHS re still using letters, results and so on in paper form. But somehow, some Numpty in the surgery has deleted the electronic notes too. It's a chaotic mess.
That really is bad then!!

Sadly nothing works. I just kinda hobble round on my old lady sticks, crunching and creaking with every movement and swearing under my breath. I know partly why it's so bad right now (worse than usual) but I can't do anything about it
