Chicken breast stuffed with mozzarella and a little garlic, slices cherry tomatoes on top, little drizzle of olive oil and sprinkling of herbs, all wrapped in bacon and cooked in a little foil parcel.
Serve with garlic fried rice and crusty bread ... yummy  |

Roast!
So good I had it 2 days running..
Oh ok, so good and plentiful that there was enough for dinner for me and my daughter twice over, plus a little treat for the cats and the dog!  |

When I lived out in the sticks, ma next door neighbour used to keep his hens in ma orchard, they kept the s down and I got free eggs, and they got free apples, pears, plums and cherries  |

Sounds like a perfect example of living in harmony with nature if only every humans could do the same

I don't think I can pick just one, chicken is probably the most prevalent thing in my diet 
If I had to pick one, probably a lovely chicken wrap with lettuce, salsa and mayo |
