I like a roast chicken too
I was supposed to be doing a roast today but I can't be arsed now.
I want to eat it but I don't want to cook it and wash it up |

"I always do chicken cos it’s simple but I love a beef dinner. "
Yeah me too! Love beef every now and again. When we have a carvery I tend to have chicken and beef, best of both worlds then |

That's the trouble with it isn't it.
I like to do my chicken earlier on in the day so it's ready, then just do everything else when we're ready to have it and as for the pots, I'm usually that stuffed they get left until tomorrow |

Your so organised!
I caved in because my niece looked like she was going to cry if I didn't make it lol.
I did a roast chicken, sage, pork and onion stuffing, roast potatoes, roast carrots and sprouts, cauliflower cheese, broccoli, sweetcorn, Yorkshire puddings and gravy
I'm sooo full!
My niece is taking most of it home lol |

I'm quite an organised person lol, I prefer it that way so I don't have to rush and do everything or spend hours in the kitchen that way it's spread out over the day.
Mmmm that sounds perrrrfect. Can't beat a Sunday roast, bet your glad you caved in didn't you? |

"I had my sunday dinner at my mums as usual....at 9pm! Far better than 1215 or 1pm or any other early time!! "
Yeah we have ours between 4-7pm depending on when we're hungry or fancy it. Don't really have it earlier on in the day |

"Didn't know lamb was such a big favourite!
Also excellent done in a slow cooker "
Don't think I'm overly keen from what I remember but I'm thinking I need to give it another go, it's been a while since I've tried it. Thanks for the tip! |

"Being single and not the worlds greatest cook I don’t cook Sunday lunches. If I had a choice it would be Lamb. Hoping restaurants open soon, can have a lovely Sunday Lunch"
Think restaurants are the one thing I'm most excited about reopening lol, really miss sitting down for some nice food and a beer or cocktails to go down with.
