Absolutely, love car reveal week, c and looking forward to the new season.
So much to enjoy this year. Agree, want Russel to do well, hoping Aston Martin make a good start, will Perez and Verstappen come to blows, and of course Hamilton for the title...

I'd just like to see a return of the big V8/10/12
Sorry but I just can't stand these lawnmowers now , also liked the old format, go like fuck on a Saturday with as much or little fuel as you like , made pit strategy more interesting but I guess I'm old skool |

There are talented group of young drivers coming through. Waiting for Lewis to drop a round spherical one imho. Hoping he doesn't to be honest:
Max has to have some luck in the reliability issues this year.
Maybe next year Charles Leclerc?
Always liked Williams to be honest. Back to when Mansell was driving for them.
Sad to see Claire Williams bow out of F1, but Williams budget compared to the big guns was paltry and it was just a matter of time.
Lee McKenzie is one of the best on C4's F1 program imho, and hope to see more of her this year. |

I lost a lot of interest when it moved to Sky as I didn’t see the point of a Sky Sports subscription (they didn’t do just a freestanding F1 subscription at the time) when it was the only thing I’d want to watch. I still go to watch the racing though, but now it’s the Le Mans 24 and last year was meant to be the Nürburgring 24. Maybe this year if I’m lucky, but I’m not holding my breath ... |

I’m hoping Seb can do something special in the Aston Martin AMR21 (let’s just agree to call it the W11).
I watched the Mercedes W12 launch and they purposely hid part of the car, saying they didn’t want other teams to copy it. They obviously feel they have something that will give them an advantage in the first few races.
I give Mazepin until the mid-season break to accumulate the 12 penalty points needed for a race suspension. |

Same here....I’m a fan but I want to see him work hard for this one.
Hopefully Red Bull, McLaren and Aston Martin will all be nipping at Merc’a heels.
Russell is a great talent too, I hope that Williams is a bit better this year but I fear it won’t have improved much. Can’t wait to see him in something decent in the future and mixing it up with Verstappen and Leclerc. |

I have been lucky enough to have visited the Monaco grand prix several times and I must admit that the noise and atmosphere out does any other track.
I hope you manage to get there you really will not regret it. |

My knowledge on F1 is not as good as some on this thread I generally to a acca on the European football leagues together with Lewis Hamilton as well as the same teams with Mercedes.I don’t think it will be any different this year. |

Snap, I’m the same. Really hoping for a good season for Ricardo and Norris. Fingers crossed for Russell at the back in the Williams too. I hope they are a little further forward this year.
On a slightly different note, is anyone up for a fantasy F1 league. I’ve just signed up to do it with some friends, and we could do one with people from here too. That’s if anyone else is up for it! |

I'm the opposite, complete technophile! I love the intricacies of these engines and aerodynamics, haven't seen anything this fascinating since the days of ground effect or fan cars! Can't wait to see what Merc have been hiding!  |
