the trick ive posted before.
put a radio in a corner of the room furthest away from where you sleep.
select a talk only station which plays little or no music.
adjust the volume so when you over at your bed you can only just make out what is being said.
brush your teeth and do all the normal things you do before bed so you are ready and will not be disturbed.
now. go to bed.
close your eyes and just listen to the radio.
as you drift your brain starts to use energy stored because its trying to make out the words being spoken.
this sends you off to sleep slowly.
may not work the first time but the more you do it then you'll become use to it. |

Treat yourself like a small child when going to bed!
No tv or reading late. Have a warm not hit bath, soothing music, room not too hot or cold, warm milky drink, curtains tightly shut, and if possible lavender oil on your pillowcase. |
