Regular at motorcycle rallies a few years ago, tent and bag that’s sleeping sorted. Spare undies (guys, no crossdressing) and T-shirt for clean clothes. Food anywhere that’s good as I’m riding past and decent boots.
That’s all you need for a great weekend, admittedly good company helps as well |

I go camping once a year for a friends birthday for 3 maybe 4 nights. I enjoy the middle bit but hate putting up and taking down the tent.
I keep looking at trailer tents but not sure my hairdresser car will pull one lol |

I love wild camping in some of the quieter parts of the mountains here in Snowdonia. Used to go every month throughout the year but now desperately waiting for the stay at home rule to be changed to stay local....not long hopefully. |

I go wild camping quite a bit.
The places I’ve camped would have cost me a fortune for the same views if I stayed in a hotel.
10,000 stars instead of 5 stars.
I equally love a good hotel and comfort...but it’s great to connect with nature now and again

Have a look at buying a Camplet. I have been using one for many years. They way they go up is so much quicker than any other trailer tent. Danish design and made, fantastic. One of the owners pulls his with a motorbike!! Look up Camplet on Facebook |

Just note - ignore if you know this.
Campsites can open from 12th April, No facilities. You'll need your own. Until 12th May can open facilities.
Wales we won't know until 12th March.
We have have ours booked but looking recently a lot are already booked.

I usually go once a year to watch the 24 in Le Mans with some friends. It’s good fun. I’ve also done Cap a few times in the past. Also good. Just did a road trip down to the south with a largish tent. |

I love it.. I usually combine it with a hike and locate myself close to a lake. I stay away from camping sites or busy routes. Give me a shout if you need any tips |

I camp. Thinking I might get to do this this year. I enjoy feeling like a caveman preparing the food and cooking with my pen knife. it’s good fun, but I prefer Orlando. |

I used to have a small pop top caravan called an Eriba Puck and pulled it with a small hatchback. Was great for weekends away. |

You guys have some stunning places to camp in Wales. From the mumbles in the south up to anglesea. The is a great site under Snowdon, sorry I can't remember it's name. You can walk to the summit from your tent. |

We went to one near Bournemouth called Sandy Balls The kids enjoyed that and it was so nice to be near the coast. Avoid the air show weekend though! |

I love camping. I would love it more with someone who loved camping rather than two slightly reluctant children. But we had some fun this summer in the good weather. I intend to do more. |

I used to go camping frequently in many different kinds of places from posh campsites with electricity and heated loo/shower blocks to festivals and motorbike rallies. Loved it then, used to take the children camping too.
Nowadays i would hate it, i like my comfort nowadays, especially as I'm not very mobile now. |

I like camping, though only in fair weather.
I feel much less stress in my body and enjoy just sitting there watching and listening to the nature. So peaceful in the right place. Can't wait to go again. |

I have a few different set ups depending on how long and how many people (all collected over years)
Don't buy to many things. Borrow if you can, just incase its not for you.
I would suggest you get a site booked first though, otherwise you might not get a pitch. There are some brilliant sites around the Newforest , but some great sites in Wales too. |

More than happy to do the 100miles or further - still reasonably fit.
