Hmmmm.
I got a shark and have to say a little disappointed.
It has a boost button that makes it go from mildly asthmatic to acceptable.
It is easy to use and it is robust. |

I didn't know what these were. At first I wondered if they were vibrators with all the talk of battery life. I was a bit wary of the guy who knew his mum's opinion of them. |

We’ve had a couple of Dyson Airnamal things, one ball and one upright and they were ok.
This time round we went with the Shark upright, one of the higher end ones and it’s great. Better suction than the Dyson, and it had headlights!
The lift away function is great for stairs, and although the dirt collecting area looks smaller, it holds more dust. |
