I'm Type 2, so I cook ma own meals so that I know exactly what's in them 
Anyway, I've got an appointment for an eye screening test at the DRI in about an hour and a half. Please remind me to take ma sunglasses with me  |

Every time i go for my retinopathy normally in January, it's guaranteed to be a cloudless day with the sun glaring away lo in the sky.... it can be quite painful .... take your sunglasses

Yes, when I had one done last year, the sunlight nearly blinded me I had to walk home with my eyes shut  "
