Just read a wee bit on Google and it sounded alright. Maybe another Channel might buy it.

That gets on my tits, especially when there hasn't been a conclusion.

I binged "Finding Alice" over a couple of days and I was right peeved it ended with no ending

I couldn't get on with that. Watched the first 2 or 3 episodes. I know it's supposed to be dark humour but I didn't see any humour of any colour to be honest.

That probably makes me sound really grumpy

I don't think I did. I cried through most of it but felt like I needed to know what happened. Open ended stuff messes with my head especially when it's so emotive. It's almost like I need closure and to know that the truth comes out and justice served.

I found it to be excellent writing and with a strong cast that gave it justice. Not too heavy, not too stretched to be believable...

The ending was very disappointing but I understood why when I heard they are considering a second series.

Keeley Hawes has my utmost admiration

It was brilliantly written in the sense I couldn't stop! If it was cack it wouldn't have gripped me the way it did.

I could practically feel the pain and tension between his parents and her. I ached for her in every sense and every direction.

She was superb, really superb.

I'm still peeved though that I didn't get closure, that's why I didn't like it.

Series 2 though. My not liking may turn to "loved it even though it was a painful watch'

I assumed the end was deliberate to ensure a second series would be commissioned.

I found it hard to watch but I kept returning and will probably watch series 2.
