"Tyrells salt and vinegar. So sharp they make your jaw do that wincing thing, super crunchy, often on a deal so cheaper than kettle chips
Mrs kf x"
You're on my page Mrs
I actively root through a new bag of Tyrells seeking out the extra crunchy twisted ones
It's the red pepper & chilli ones for me though
Which is a good thing, cos it means more S&V for you |

Oh god yeah, the ones that are all scrunched up. Can easy polish off a whole bag dipped into cheese and chive dip! Red pepper and chilli, pah, get out of here. |

Tyrells mixed root veg crisps. One, they are a bit pretentious and suit me perfectly.
Two, I can pretend they aren't that bad for me because they are a medley of veg and that's surely better for me than Walkers.
Three, their giant bags are an absolute bargain.
Four, I can proudly display them in my pantry and not hide them away with the Pom Bears. |

I tried to be healthy once
Turns out I don't like veg
Even if it's disguised as crisps |

Here is the vote that was cast here .....
Winner : Tyrells Mature Cheddar Cheese n Chive......
Evidence......
Tyrells use only the finest ingredients. Their potatoes are locally grown and the potatoes are picked, transformed into crisps and
are in the shops in under one hour. No artificial ingredients are used in the preparation of the crisps. Tyrells are hand cooked and spun for an exquisite fresh taste that leaves you with less greasy fingers. Their crisps have a signature crunch. They add just the right amount of flavour to tickle your tastebuds. Its the tangy hit of mature cheddar with the oniony twang of that most snippable of herbs. Can't beat em. |

"This thread is giving me indigestion just reading it.
You've done a full bag in one sitting haven't ya? "
I can’t even do a full bag of 35g crisps without reaching for the Rennie. Unless it’s a tube of Pringles... I can f’kin destroy Pringles! |

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound |
Tyrells Furrows, ready salted.
My mouth is cut to pieces but I keep going and usually give up, stuffed, with only a quarter* of the bag left.
*It's no wonder I've gained so much weight.

I've been on lansoprazole for a few years now, I can eat and drink what I want without hideous burning in my chest and it's glorious after years of suffering with it! |

Do you not need like a gallon of water to pull of this most unnatural of feats? |

I’m adamant that when I was (a lot) younger Wheat Crunchies did a country chicken flavour but no one remembers this (not even Google / images). Did I imagine them?
And for me it’s a big bag of roast chicken Walker’s Sensations. |

I'm addicted to Mcoys Salt & vinegar! Not sure if they do a big bag though (not really been looking when I shop!) So, I get the 6 small bags....
Walkers Cheese & Onion are a 2nd fave. Love making a buttered crisp sandwhich. Mmmmm.

They're cooked in olive oil. In Spain, they're ten a penny, but over here crisps cooked in olive oil are as rare as unicorn tears! |

You think? Tyrells are one of the few leading the way. All good ale houses sell them |

I'm adamant that I always ate beef wheat crunchies..... chicken seems to ring a bell with me too but there's no trace on the internet....
The company that makes them has changed hands so maybe that's why there's no info.... or maybe we are both mad. |
