I combine pretty much anything I fancy on a particular day - at the end of the day who is to say something should or should not be combined... Fine example of this is the business of having only white wine with poultry! And then the French invented Coq au vin (cooked in red wine!!!) So... I do what I please and it could be cheese and jam |
