I am completely out of shape. I have had poor health though that effected mobility, so havent been able to maintain any fitness. At this point I'm going to need help getting back to a good level of fitness. Not best pleased as I'm allergic to the gym |

It's all relative. If everyone else has put weight on, it won't be so noticeable

It's crazy how many associate size to fitness and health.
Most my friends who are larger are much more fit and healthy (eat better) then me lol. |

Walking is a great way to start getting fit again.
Walk as fast as you can, engaging your core and keep up a good pace as long as you can (until you’re puffing and sweaty). Keep building up the length of the walk and the intensity.

" this is good advice... People who are unfit dive into tough workouts too soon and then inevitably quit... Walking is great exercise to start with, get the heart rate up, walk with power, whatever time you can even 30 mins and build from there as you say lengthen the stride and increase the pace every few days.. Little steps every day or so really make a difference |
