I alternate between protein cereal & porridge. If I'm feeling racy I'll have toast with something naughty on it..

Sweet or savoury french toast,as a kid my family would have had French toast with honey or syrup

Sweets family would have had savoury,bacon sausage etc

Out of the two I would go for porridge. I can’t remember having cereal since I was single digit age haha

I usually go for porridge or Greek yogurt in the morning
