What lockdown activity became habit and now you regret wasting your time.?
What have you given tons of energy and time to but don't get good enough returns from ?
What will you spend the time on instead? |

I’ve not wasted much time luckily. Busy with work.
There is nothing I haven’t started that I haven’t thoroughly enjoyed.
I now Soux vide my food. I found FAB when lock down is beginning plans to be lifted..... |

I don’t see any endeavour that kept people happy during lockdown as being a waste of energy, I think that with so many mental health issues being prevalent, any activity that distracted or engaged is a positive thing.
I’m not sure that I regret anything that I did in order to be happy, however it may look in hindsight.
I think that getting through has been the challenge and much as SM may paint things differently, not many people were actually creative, constructive and diligent with their time, all the time |

I wouldn’t say I’ve wasted time particularly. A little more leisure time perhaps, I watch tv a bit more but it’s not daily or anything. I feel comfortable with that as there’s nothing to do compared to an unrestricted world |

I asked what people regretted. If it brought happiness, I agree , then there's no need for regret. |

"I feel disappointed that I didn't do something awesome, like learn another language or something. But oh well lol."

Yup. I’m not arguing with you or picking holes in your post, I’d go further though and say that distraction was a good thing too at times |

"I regret wasting my time thinking I should have been so productive over lockdown. That I should have lost weight, learnt a new skill etc etc. That has been a total time waster. "
So what are you going to do ? Carry on enjoying being you ? |

I've looked up this method a few times now .......
Sous vide ( there's no soux )
It's a bath of hot water. Food in a vacuum bag. I've seen this on cookery shows. I have been doing similar for years by letting my food cook slowly in a pan...... I'm going to get some bags I can boil in.
So ...... ta for the re direction. |

I suppose its like looking back on anything that you have spent time on, I would say I regret my lockdown time spent on eating crap, but in hindsight it helped with my mental health so silver linings, I just have to work harder to shift it now |

I downloaded a phone game in lockdown 1.0 spent hours and hours on it. Those things are designed to make you spend hours and money, I did both. This I definitely regret.
I now drink alone which is new, but I don't regret that. I enjoy it loads. |
