I'm sure any engravers (key cutters etc) would do it too if you're brave enough

Years ago took my sub into Timpsons. engravers. I selected a large disc and had a large number 7 engraved on the one side And on the reverse “If found please call with my mobile number added. Subbie sat patiently with its new collar on for the work to be done and then I affixed it before we left the shop. The young guy behind the counter waived the charge for engraving as quote “ We don’t get many requests like that in here, have it on me” and smiled as we left!!
