Like I have always said about by mental health sometimes I can be on Top of the World sometimes I can feel the way like I feel right now. Back at work tonight because I work nights I'm on a couple of days off because I work 5 nights out of 7 and I feel very down in the dumps and I have no idea where is come from because yesterday day I did my little radio show what I do do and I treat myself to a Chinese but then today came and I feel like crap it's horrible you can see my videos that I talked about a lot of random stuff even though we only get a minute to talk I try and fill everything in that minute. |

I think quite a lot of people are having MH problems at the moment due to lockdown and either working or lack of work in this current situation.
I used to work nights as a nurse many years ago and the lack of daylight and sun when doing weeks in a row really affected me and my thought processes.
Do things you enjoy on your two days off and get some of that much needed daylight.
