"Ok so it's the big question that everyone's been desperate to ask but no one's been brave enough so...
How do you eat your Creme Egg?"
With my teeth and jaw motion normally. |

All those who don't like them need to take a good hard look at yourselves
All of those who lick it out are correct... Although there's a few variations on the thread that may need exploring further. |

My preferred method is to slowly nibble until the goodness inside reveals itself , then gradually lower my tongue deeper into the cream in a circular motion until I've licked up all gooey goodness, then devour the outer area and lay back and savour the taste |

a quandary, could you change my mind? |
I used to like them "A lot"
Now I don't know why but they taste stale. The chocolate just taste old.
Not sure if its another thing that Cadbury doesn't make in the UK so perhaps its the change of milk so the taste changes.. |

Bite the top off.. enjoy it melting in the mouth.. and pop the rest like a shot swirl the tongue around the walls.. then bite bit by bit. Whilst wiping drooling cream filling of the lips and chin. |

I don't - I find them sickly and inedible. |

"I saw a recipe yesterday for cream scotch eggs. They are surrounded by chocolate cake and rolled in chocolate pieces. Sounds awesome but a real ball-ache to make. "
I make the best creme egg brownies, but they are a million calories each and so sickly! |

I bite the very top off and suck as hard as I can, to get as much white stuff as possible. Then I stick my tongue in to scoop up the remaining bits. Finally I eat a totally clean chocolate egg |

All I will say is . Company I worked for installed equipment to move products in cold store for manufacturer of creme eggs. A box got stuck at top level in cold store. 100ft up. I was sent to sort out. The only way to get down was to force down where machine normally picked up. When box broke open I looked in horror . No one had told me the large box contained 1.25 tons of creme eggs. Seeing the boxes breaking open and hitting the floor / racking is something I will never forget. |
