I learned how to do this when I lived in South East Asia and it is not easy to do it properly. Once you do it, it's not about the sex, it's about the spritiual connection and sharing of energies.
It not a quick massage, it is about setting it up and can take a couple of hours.
I'm very spiritual and beleieve this is essential.

I once saw two slugs circling each other ( yes I did have time to spare ) until they formed a beautiful lateral spiral. Took them ages. They then each opened an orifice, each produced a 'horn' and then proceeded to dock like a spaceships refuelling ......
I left them to it...... so beautiful I couldn't stop them or kill them.
I think that was pretty tantric. |

Thank you, people seem to think it's about sex, and it akes a very long time to even learn about the theroy behind it and even longer to learn the practice. Part of my belief system is, it should only and can only be done with a person whom you have a real spiritual connection with. |

Being naked is tantric, being naled should be associated with the act of sex and it is part of connecting with each other on a more higher level.
Tantric is not about sex.
If you have gotten into yoga practice Hatha and Kriya. Meditate using Isha Kriya and learning how to connect with yourself first. If you can't connect with yourself and undertsand how to use the energy that you have and that connection you have with the source energy, you can never truely connect with the energy of another.
Get up at 4 or 5am and do deep meditaion before anything of the day enters your head.

You can meditate when you like but when the sun is rising and the earth is shifting, this create a powerful energy. Also before any distractions of the day enter your head you can become truely connected with the source energy.
The connection with that energy can also release bliss for the rest of the day and makes it easier to reconnect through the day if daytime meditating. |

Would love to but leave for work at 5am so it's hard would need to be 2am but generally don't get to sleep till midnight.

Then when you first wake up, do a short chakra balence and build it into your routine, just practice sitting and becoming mindful of yourself, first. |
