Yes I,ve been to the Isle of skye once went with my parents in 1984 when you,ve lived in a totally different region all your life its a massive change to visit such a place very mountainous areas thou we toured the highlands after a short stay there two weeks in all, you certainly need a car to see such areas the people were very pleasant and friendly too. |

I'll admit it can be stunningly beautiful. Minky whales, faerie pools etc. but I spent a very long, wet, boring fortnight there one weekend. Make sure you have the right company... |
