I honestly hope so. But reading the government paper fully theres a little caveat about the Events Research Programme, where large events such as festivals need to be properly looked at before they can go ahead. They might not even be permitted under Stage 4.

I hate to nay say (I'm a technician on festivals so really want them to start up again) but we're a long way off. Fingers crossed we can all shake a leg in a field this summer but it's not as simple as it's being made out. |
