off for a massage, went last month and loved it. He does 'no hands massage' and uses his forearms and elbows.. took a good ten minutes to get over the initial shock  but after that was incredible. |

in work til 4 then for once i have an evening to myself so hoping for some playtime
playtime will prob end up being an evening on the forums and then some 'me time'
am not vey good at this chasing people malarky

preparing a bedroom to start decorating tommorrow, then off to work for a wee back shift although Im officially on holiday.
May need the money to pay a decorator when i screw up the decorating  |

just come back from West Coast of Scotland..was on work trip. However OH is from there. its soo beautiful and wanted to stay longer.

Today I have taken a day from work as I will be taking my daughter into hospital tomorrow.
I've ate breakfast and washed a frying pan.
I am going to parcel up a box of goodies for an 'unknown' soldier that I write to. He's a kid from here who said 'meet me' n I said ......NO WAY JOSE n he said ... Write to me then  so I said okay. And I have done weekly since. He's in Afghan.... dunno his name.
Tidy up the dining room.
Go for a bloody long walk.
Go and answer the text I heard come through from my daughter ten mins ago but I ignored.
Have a cuppa first.
Make three bags up. 1. for the 'hossy tomorrow. 1 for going out on Tues night if im back from hossy early enough. 3 for going out Thurs if im back from the hossy early enough.
Then sommat else later I guess. |

Having been to the doctors I'm now on my way to hospital for chest xrays and blood tests. As Monday's go this is pretty shit particularly off the back of a great weekend. |

I'm working from home today, the house is already tidy but will change the bedding soon.
Had an energy efficiency survey done on the house this morning, having a gardener quote done this afternoon.
My boss is popping over this aft' with some stuff I need.
Was having meet this evening but he may have to postpone, just waiting for confirmation
oh, need to clear the kitchen worktops for decorator coming tomorrow |

whoops i fell asleep and missed going out with my mother, but you will be pleased to know im feeling much better. Yes i know self inflicted but i drink so rarely these days and it wasnt a preplanned thing |

Hiding inside the tent, as it is hot and sunny outside. So hot that the dog decides to move into the shade. He is becoming more and more like me!
We shall go out for a walk in the forest nearby later when it is cooler.
Then a steak dinner with a lovely piece of Scottish ribeye, with a creamy garlicky whisky sauce, sauté potato and salad. |
